Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any technical or commercial questions. However, you must first request a free trial to check the quality of the server, and then take out a subscription.
If the problem persists and you are still experiencing the problem, you can contact us at any time using the chat support on our website, a ticket on your account, your e-mails or WhatsApp to our helpdesk.
How do I request a refund?
1- Go to your billing invoice, retrieve invoice number no.
2-send us the number via WhatsApp or e-mail and we’ll check your request, then refund you.
3-don’t forget, your refund will be processed within 48 hours!
NB : Refunds are only available for products with a purchase date no more than 48 hours at the time of the request.
